Connor’s Erg is more than a rowing challenge, it’s a powerful show of strength for kids and young people facing brain cancer.
Each year, schools, rowing clubs, gyms and individuals around the world come together on the erg to raise vital funds for research, support families, and help change the odds for young people diagnosed with brain cancer. Whether you’re a competitive rower or someone jumping on an erg for the very first time, Connor’s Erg is designed to be inclusive, achievable and meaningful.
What is Connor’s Erg?
Connor’s Erg is a global fundraising challenge inspired by Robert “Connor” Dawes, a passionate rower who dreamed of studying and rowing at college in the United States before brain cancer tragically took that opportunity away.
Participants register, set a rowing challenge that suits them or their team, and turn their metres or minutes on the erg into real impact for kids with brain cancer. Every challenge looks different, and that’s exactly the point.
It’s free and easy to register, open to all abilities, and can be completed individually or as a team.
