Putting Consumer Voice at the Heart of Research and Advocacy

CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT

Consumer involvement is increasingly recognised as essential across research, healthcare and advocacy. At the RCD Foundation, we're committed to ensuring people impacted by brain cancer have meaningful opportunities to help shape the work designed to support them.

Through our Consumer Engagement Program, we're creating opportunities for patients, survivors, parents, caregivers and families to share their lived experience in whatever way feels right for them.

What Does It Mean to be a ‘Health Consumer’?

A health consumer is anyone who has experience with the healthcare system, including patients, survivors, parents, family members and caregivers.

By sharing your lived experience, you can help shape research, healthcare and advocacy, ensuring they better reflect the needs of people affected by brain cancer.

your choice.
your voice.

There's no single way to be involved, and there's never any pressure to participate.
You decide when, how and whether you'd like to contribute.
You can say yes or no to any opportunity, every time.
You can stop participating at any time.
